As the Lead Strategist and CEO, Deepa Malik transforms the complex landscape of Australian Migration Law into certain pathways for her clients.

Deepa migrated to Australia in 2003 as an international student. Having personally experienced the challenges, uncertainty, and emotional stress that come with holding a temporary visa, she understands firsthand the pressures migrants face while building a life in a new country. This lived experience allows her to genuinely connect with her clients and guide them with empathy and insight. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Economics, and English, followed by a double Master’s degree in Economics and Accounting in Australia. After graduation, Deepa worked in the finance sector for seven years. While this role provided professional stability, she felt a strong calling to work more closely with people and support individuals through meaningful life transitions. Driven by her passion for helping migrants and her deep understanding of the migration journey, Deepa decided to pursue Migration Law. She completed her formal migration law studies at the Australian National University (ANU) and became a Registered Migration Agent in February 2016. Since then, Deepa has been actively practising and supporting clients across a wide range of visa matters. She is known for her compassionate approach, clear communication, and commitment to guiding clients through complex immigration processes with confidence and care.
